Deep Cleaning Needed

Cleanliness…the ice machine has mold all over it. The bathroom floors were dirty especially where the floor was uneven and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to buy $14 of Febreeze to clear the smell from the air and the fabrics. Also the sheets were old and scratchy. The reason I didn’t give it a lower score was that the price was part of what made me choose it.
