accessability an issue
Booked well in advance for a handicapped accessible room was given 1 that was not accessible at all for someone confined to a wheel chair and paralysed from chest down. Had a great stay perfect room last time. This time toilet constantly ran shower had constant drip no roll in shower bathtub with seat and no way to reach shower head or controls. Was kept waiting an hour after check in time. very discourteous reception person

Moldy fruit for breakfast; maid took towels, shower curtain and trash liner. Did NOT bring anything back. Had to call for towels and shower without a curtain.

A great motorcycling location!
First of all, I’ll say the staff that I had any interactions was great.
After the first night there, I went to the front desk to ask if they could do something about the drain in the bathtub not draining and could they please fill the body lotion dispenser. Neither was done. To be fair the body lotion wasn’t empty but very low. The plumbing fixtures at the sink leaked on to the counter top and the water in the tub/shower didn’t shut off all the way so if you forgot to switch the valve back to the tub after taking a shower, the drip from the shower head would splash off the tub spigot and on to the bathroom floor. I came back in the room once to find the bathroom floor soaked because of this. One day I came back into the room to find a hand written note saying they would be back with towels. Later I found a bag of clean towels and wash cloths outside the room and I noticed there were many rooms that got their towels the same way-outside their doors. I used the public restroom in the lobby-no soap. This Comfort Inn has the smallest TVs of any hotel I’ve been in for a long time. I’ll say the air conditioning worked well and was pretty quiet too compared to many rooms I’ve been in. The selection of things in the breakfast room on Friday was not good but noticeably improved on Saturday and Sunday.
