Went down to swim at 2pm and was told by a guy that was mumbling that he had put shock in recently so we had to wait another half hour. Why not do that during the time the pool is closed? It's bad enough the pool hours are only 11am-10pm, plenty of time to do pool work in the morning. Air conditioner was super loud until I fixed the filter. Seat on toilet was wiggly until I tightened the screws. No sheets or pillows for pull out couch, even though we had 6 people registered to the room. Had to go ask for them. Breakfast wasn't fully ready on day 1 until 7am. Then it was the same exact mediocre food for the next 6 days. Finally on day 7 they introduced a new style of egg as an option. We feel like some sort of cheese would've been a great addition to the breakfast spread though. Hot tub out of order. Kiddie wade pool drained. (Was filled later in the week during our stay but freezing cold) No clean pool towels; there was a 4 drawer Rubbermaid dresser for clean towels that was empty. The basket next to it for dirty towels had 4 in it. On our email confirmation, we were told our room would be cleaned every 3 days. Evening of day 3 I had to request more towels, toilet paper, and tissues because our room wasn't cleaned. I was assured it would be cleaned the next day. In the evening of day 4 I had to request more trash bags since our room still hadn't been cleaned and we had used up all our trash bags. I was told "rooms are only cleaned by request. I don't know if you were privy to that information." But it was cleaned on day 5, finally. If you ever go to the front desk and need to talk to someone but there is nobody there, 99% of the time there will be a large group of employees standing right outside the door chatting and smoking.
