The check in staff were not friendly at all. When we first walked in the room seems good. It had a couch, desk, closet, king bed, microwave and mini fridge. The sinks were updated. The tub was old...but clean. Our main issue the air conditioner wasn't working properly. It wasn't taking care of the humidity! The room was miserable. We didn't sleep much at all...and we both got up sick with sinus and swollen throats. We decided we would not stay our second night. We packed up by 8 a.m. and moved on to a better place. We told the staff on duty that we were unhappy with our stay and checking out early. They simply said ok...and checked us out. We were also told that they couldn't give us a receipt because we booked online.

Check in staff was bickering. Was given a handicapped room when other rooms were available, loud guests, loud parking lot.
