Air conditioner wouldn't cool unless I dropped temp to 60 degrees. Card reader on door wasn’t working properly. Had to insert door card multiple times and jiggle it before it would read to unlock door

The room wasn't very clean upon arrival, there were crumbs on the floor by the bed. Check-in was a little frustrating and we weren't expecting to be charged for the room up front, most places always charge at the end of our stay. And Breakfast was cold and tasteless. Also, while we were there, a fire had started in the Elevator and no alarms went off, instead we were woken up from our nap by fire truck sirens
