Easy access on and off the parkway. Outstanding desk attendants. Extremely clean! Kids loved the indoor pool.

My new favorite hotel in pigeon forge

It is a very nice hotel! The manager, Vanessa, ensured we enjoyed our stay! She answered all of my tourist questions, recommended great places to eat. She and the hotel are a delight!

Very clean and courteseius

Very friendly staff. May be an older hotel, but rooms were very nice, maintenance is done well. Rooms were very clean and hall carpet was clean. Breakfast was very good and had plenty to choose from. Every clean and neat at Breakfast room. Would definitely try to choose this one again our next trip down there.
