Hotel under renovation and did not have a problem with that and understood things not being perfect so I will not score really low. I like to review a stay fairly. Reason for score is due to cleanliness. Biggest thing is carpets in room are filthy. Bring house shoes or feet will be black. have pictures. Shower was not cleaned very well; had hair in it. Sink was clogged with hair and would not drain. Room recked of smoke so called staff. Was brought cans of air freshener. He left one with us. The linens did not smell so feel the carpet if cleaned would have eliminated this smell. Staff was friendly. Did not go for breakfast. Great location but hotel allowed restaurant next door to take up parking spaces for guests. Saw people come out of restaurant often getting into car in hotel parking. Parking tags were not given priority so parking especially when you have a dually was challenging. Price was great.

The room was nice, but the AC unit was in need of service. It made a very loud noise every time it would come on. The outside of the building is in need of some serious updating, and the parking lot constantly blocked by other cars just sitting there talking to others, and would not move for guests to get in or out, and the mgmt. wouldn't do anything about it. Also, with the size of the hotel, there were only 4 handicapped parking spaces, 2 on each side, which, since my wife is disabled, I am certain that doesn't meet ADA requirements for a hotel of that size. And one last thing, since there is only 2 packets of regular coffee supplied to each room, when I contacted the front desk about getting some more brought to our room, I was informed that I would have to go to the front desk myself to get some more. Also, the elevator was EXTREMELY slow and DIRTY!!!

Shower was not clean as it appeared to be mildew around the edges and several pieces of hair. Front staff was not very friendly and hard to understand (Language barrier). Hotel is obviously and older hotel with basic upgrades. Bed was comfortable. Parking is in short supply. Most have to park at the restaurant next door.
