Staff was friendly. Rooms and amenities were average. Thought there might be daily room cleaning. Apple juice should be added to the breakfast bar.

Not what it used to be.

1) First room A/C did not function, there was a box fan placed in the room and temperature was ridiculously hot. Moved to another room 2) Second room moved too smelled horrible. Smelled as if someone had been smoking in it. 3) Terrible bug (ants) problem in Room 201. Had to wipe everything down with bleach wipes to kill the ants and stop them from returning. 4) Not allowed to take your breakfast plate back to the room to enjoy it. Forced to sit with other people. Can't enjoy a quiet breakfast while watching the morning news. 5) Middle Eastern female desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The black female desk receptionist was rude and not helpful. 6) Failed to welcome/recognize elite members
