Very clean room but lacks in other areas

No vent exhaust in the bathroom. I asked for a tub but didn’t get one and told front desk but she just said “oh sorry” Shower only. Took 40 minutes to retrieve my car from valet at checkout. Bed was comfortable though and pillows were too. They do need a pool also. Bar staff was friendly and housekeeping was also friendly

Really a motel, not a hotel. The only elevator to the room was outside the lobby through the parking garage. Although the rooms were recently renovated, the motel vibe made it feel like we were stuck in the 1960s. Jacob, the valet, was very friendly and helpful, though I would like it more clearly posted that parking is an additional $30 a day. The employees also got into a yelling match when I went to buy water… one of the employees said it was $6 (or maybe $7) each while the other two employees were saying it was only $5 and that she needs to “mind her business and get back on the phone.” That’s the sort of stuff I expect from a Waffle House, not a hotel lobby.
