An Overpriced Motel
We had no TV for the majority of our stay. We were told to only use 5 buttons: power, vol up, vol down, channel up, and channel down. If you pressed any other button, such as a number to change the channel (a natural reflex action), the TV was stuck on the home page which showed apps. We gave up after asking for the 3rd time to reset the TV. Apparently we did not have the remote which goes with the TV. Our remote said Hotel Property. Apparently the employee used the proper TV remote to reset the TV. This is ludicrous. Having a working TV is part of what we pay for.
