Large room. Lavatory and toilet height excellent. Adequate electrical outlets. Hot water very hot (almost too hot). Shower very good. Bed comfort was good. The racous bathroom fan ran whenever the light was turned on. Light blocking window curtain was hung incorrectly and would not close completely (I used clothespin to close it). Microwave and fridge placement was inconvenient—too far away from lavatory. Limited work space at lavatory. Air conditioner was going full blast when I entered room, and I could not find the control. The telephone did not work, and I had to go downstairs to get someone to come up and turn it off. There was no heat, and the room never did get warm. The luggage carts all had bad wheels and were very hard to push.

Very spacious room. Furniture, tub, lamps and plumbing need attention.
