Found bedbugs. On my bed and on a “clean” towel. Even showed the front desk a picture and they looked scared like I was going to be mad and just said we will send someone to check on it. We were checking out so too late to make anyone do anything about it. Pictures did not match the quality of the rooms. Very outdated, dirty hair in bathroom, room smelled musty, ac was extremely loud. even though I called saying we were coming in late and when checking in and before even checking they said they did not have my reservation. Elevator has bugs in the overhead. Pool was dirty. Definitely not worth the price. Would never stay here again. Very low end motel feel and not at all choice hotel quality. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel

The staff were friendly and the hotel was pretty clean and the room was freshly mopped. The bed was clean and pretty comfortable. We were happy to see that the carpet had been switched out for vinyl flooring. Breakfast was fine, hot and cold options. The following notes of interest would have made a difference. The air filter in the room ac could use cleaning as there was a smell in the room. There was some minor cleaning that was missed, behind the bathroom door and in the corners and under the table. The room furniture - couch and desk chair - was stained so we didn’t use them. Otherwise a great stay. We have family in the area so we will be back to visit. We hope to see these things updated in the meantime.
