I arrived at 10am. I know this is early, but I let the girl at the front desk know that I was there are looking to check in. She said there wasn't a room available yet, but took my number and would call me when ready. I waited in the parking lot and went back in around noon to see if it was ready yet and let her know I am just waiting in the parking lot. Check in is advertised for 3pm. I finally went back in at 4pm and she was no longer there and the new staff was not alerted to even call me. My colleague arrived around 2 and was told his room wouldn't be ready for at least 2 hours and he finally got in about 5pm. I tried to speak with the assistant general manager, but the lobby was still busy and I didn't want to take him away from those that needed to check in and face further delays. When I got back from dinner, he was gone.

Was a perfectly clean and comfortable room!
