Staff was so kind and welcoming, everything was clean, they allowed my dog, and the bed was amazingly comfortable which is hard to say for most hotels.

Pulled the sheets back and found a live bug. ? Bedbug. Didn’t sleep well after that. Called customer service and got the runaround.

Sour shower curtain smell. Blood stains on mattress (room 208) . Holes in curtains. No exhaust fan in bathroom for shower steam. Elevator had pipes duct taped on.
