Good location, room clean, pool looked good for kids but did not use. Breakfast was disappointing. Very small eating area, had omelets in a tray but you had to put in the microwave if you wanted it warm. Way overpriced for quality of stay but everyplace in rapid city is overpriced

There’s a lot of negative reviews about this motel so we were somewhat concerned as to what we would find. We were pleasantly surprised to find the motel was reasonably priced, centrally located, quite accommodating to our needs and requests, as well as our room was comfortable and a clean. There was a nice selection for breakfast: eggs, sausage links, 2 kinds of breads, small muffins and donuts, waffles, 2 kinds of cold cereal with milk, yogurts, bananas and apples, juices and coffee. Plus regular condiments. The waterside and Pool was full of happy children and the hot tub was working well. TV was a good size and the floor in our room was laminate instead of carpet which we appreciated. The help was extremely courteous. Small imperfections are to be expected in a large older establishment. We stayed 4 nights during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
