Uncomfortable
The main reason for the low score was the horrible bed. I have never slept (attempted to sleep) on a worse bed. It was literally hard as a rock. Both my husband and I had issues with our backs, stiffness and sore for 3 days after staying at your hotel. Other aspects of the stay were great. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.

I would definitely stay again.
Desk staff was friendly. This place is not fancy but it is clean and has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were very nice and also very clean. Fitness area more than adequate. Breakfast was sufficient. When I first arrived I was worried the bed wouldn’t be comfy enough but was also fine and I slept well. All in all an enjoyable stay.
