The beds were hard, pillows so worn they were flat, the door leading outside from the room had no deadbolt lock, it was broken off so our grandson was able to open the door on his own, breakfast was minimal and disgusting. Was highly disappointed especially for the price. My reservation even said there would be a hot tub in the room and there wasn’t.
