Hotel was dated and dirty.

Multitude of reasons. I stayed here and even booked directly for the reward nights and the reviews online. When I walked in the stench in the lobby was overwhelming. The attendant on duty was very short to the point that I was bothering her. It was a quick check-in, and I headed to the elevator. The rugs, walls, floors were absolutely disgusting. The elevator and 2nd level floor looks like they have never been cleaned since they were installed. It appeared that there bloodstains on the walls and carpet as I exited the 2nd floor. Completely filthy is an understatement. Had I not just driven 6 hours I would have looked for other accommodations. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. When i got in the shower in the morning you could see all the dirt from my feet just from walking on the carpets around the room. I'm not sure they have ever been steam cleaned. I could have stayed at the Litchfield inn on the ocean for $30 more than here. As I was on an overnight business trip with an early morning meeting I decided to save the money. Terrible choice. I will probably not look at another country inn and suites when it comes time to find future accommodations. Breakfast was terrible by the way. Very subpar.

The room was okay but the rest of the inn looked like it should’ve been remodeled 10 years ago. The carpet was very stained and dirty throughout the inn. The seats in the breakfast room looked so disgusting that it made you not want to eat in the breakfast room. A dumpster was placed in two handicaped spots making them unusable for our vehicle. Check-in was unpleasant.
