Cons-Hotel is in need of updates. Air conditioning in 2nd room we stayed in barely worked. The “hot” breakfast is terrible. Selection is next to none and juices are watered down, taste horrible. No elevators, approx 20 stairs to reach 2nd floor. Book far in advance or you’ll have to stay upstairs in leftover, older double bed rooms because staff told me on Sundays that most rooms are booked to out of town companies so all left. Pros-Staff was pleasant. Beds comfortable. Location to hospital is good. Not too bad overall for price. Do NOT recommend if staying there for after care from hospital (i.e. post transplant)!!

The first night there I was woken to a man talking on his speaker phone at 1:15am. Attempted to call front desk as I didn't want to interact in case they had a firearm but the phone did not work. In the end I had to open my door to tell them to be quiet and I was accused of being rude. Next morning I got up to shower and not one bar or soap in the hotel room. Went to the front desk to get soap to find a sign telling me there were off helping others. Finally got soap on the second night of our stay. Didn't even put any out when they put new towels. Went to check put and get my receipt to find the sign yet again that no one was at the desk. Loudly made a comment and boom someone appeared. Breakfast is worthless, room was ok, parking was a nightmare,
