Reviews
The outdoor landscape was neglected, and the front lobby resembled the intake area of a county jail. The room felt damp from condensation, with old grout around the shower and a worn box spring that showed evident attempts at being covered up. This place seemed to serve as emergency housing for social services.

Kingstree is nasty
Horrible smell, non-functioning ac in one room, mold on curtains, unsealed trim around ac unit so open to outside, holes in door in bathroom. No one was at desk to check in or out. Had to call a number to get someone.
