I want to give a shout out to Mr dip, he was great help, good customer service

It was clean so it was good

Front desk attendant was so rude. He barked at me asking each question and for my cards at check in. We used the luggage cart and didn’t put it back exactly where it was and barked at us “where is the cart? It goes HERE” My daughter needed extra conditioner and asked at the front desk and he said “I’m not giving you any more.” One of the rooms was disgusting with cigarette smell and he said there were no rooms left but the parking lot was virtually empty the entire time. Everything was extremely dirty- the rooms and the common spaces. We went to use the pool the next morning and he said it was closed until 3pm even though the sign said it was open at 9am. We’ve stayed there several times before and it was never like this. I called Choice Hotels and they said they would call and give him a chance to make it right and he just glared at me while I was getting breakfast.
