Disappointed
I was visiting Columbia, SC for aNational Guard training I had to complete over the weekend. Upon arrival into our room the toilet seat was still dirty from prior guests. I cleaned it. There were a few roaches crawling around in the bathroom I had to kill. The bed had a massive dip in the middle so no matter how hard my husband and I tried we could not get comfortable and ended up on top of each other waking each other up throughout the night. Then there’s this weird sound the AC unit in that room makes when it kicks on and off again. Needless to say I arrived back home quite exhausted from training w/o much rest that I was looking forward to getting by NOT staying on the base.
