The hotel lobby was full of boxes and could not be used. There were no accommodation for coffee or any type of breakfast. Bath towels were not replaced.

Well when we first got to the Hotel at 6:50pm, the front doors were locked and we had to ring the bell several times before someone came to the door. We have never stayed at a Hotel where they keep the front doors locked! Then the Ice machine was out of order and the person I spoke to said "I did not know this, I will report it", there was no notice or floor plan in the room where if even there was an Ice machine. We asked about the breakfast and coffee and we were told that it was available from 6 am to 9am, we went to get a cup of coffee at 7:20 am, again the front doors were locked, after ringing the bell several times, a man appeared and had to unlock several locks to open the door. I asked about the breakfast and coffee, he said "Oh, I did not know anyone wanted it, I can make some coffe for you". We went down the street and ate breakfast and drank coffee. In the room itself the AC/Heater was very noisy, ther was a contstant buzz sounded like a fan from the bathroom but not our bathroom(??). So the only thing which was acceptable was the bed and parking.

The hotel I'd ok but can look and do better
