Mgmt was rude to me and hotel employee at check in, pool closed, interior carpets filthy, room didn't have cups, phone, blanket, or working refrigerator. Worst of all, between 4 and 5 am, someone was walking up and down the hallway knocking on doors loudly for several minutes. They walked up and down the hall 3 times banging on doors. I couldn't call the front desk bc there was no phone in room.

Staff friendly and helpful. Facility maintenance poor. Landscaping very unkempt common areas carpeting stained and unclean, room carpets stained unclean and poor condition

First, quick appearances are promising. But a closer look revealed the very nice looking pool was out of order. My room was missing the hairdryer from the bathroom as it was ripped off the wall. The ceiling in the bathroom was rotted and looked like there was unpaired flood damage. The shower curtain would not stay closed because the Rod like many curved ones was falling down. The water would not go down the tub, even with the plunger fully removed. I was given one very small bath towel, a washcloth, and one hand towel. Not even enough for two people! The bed, although pretty comfortable, had four tiny and totally mushy pillows. Totally disappointed. Both lampshades were stained with some sort of weird discoloration, and one of the lampshades did not even have a screwtop and just was fully removable. When I informed the young lady at the front desk of all of this, all I received was “sorry, I will let them know.“
