First room didn't have working lights. Second room did not have a working key scanner and had semen all over the bathroom walls and door so I moved to the third room. I was there from Sunday to Thursday and my room was never visited by housekeeping. No new towels or anything. I have video of the deplorable conditions there. I would never stay there again. I wasted over 40,000 points for absolutely nothing. I can't believe that you would claim that hotel in your chain.

Photos do not match the conditions. There is absolutely nothing in the lobby that shows this is part of choice Hotels or the ascend collection. The elevator and hallways were dirty and absolutely need a coat of paint. The room itself was serviceable. The beds were comfortable the bathroom decent. The sheets had a bit of staining on them and I’m confident the floors weren’t swept because they were empty food wrappers behind the curtains. Water pressure was poor and on one occasion took several minutes for the shower to start working. The staff I engaged with were fantastic. Warm, friendly and helpful. The best part of the stay.

The people working at the location were incredible!!! Polite, friendly, beyond accommodating. However…the room was not clean at all. There were cob webs, no shower door, a broken toilet seat, toilet paper roll holder was pulled out of the wall and just hanging there. The smell in the room was just absolutely stale and all we could smell all night was pot. I didn’t even want my dogs to sleep on the floor. There was also mildew all along the edge of the shower and my wife has an autoimmune disease exacerbated by mold and mildew so that was not ideal. Again, the people were great and very accommodating.
