Outside of the renovations being done, everything else was perfect. The customer service from the valet to the front desk was impeccable!! The hotel was close to everything we needed. I can’t wait to return once all the changes are made!!

I have already submitted one review but I will do it again - it was the most horrible experience. When we checked in, our toilet was clogged and hadn’t been cleaned. As a result, they shifted us to another room but it was small and not what we had booked. In addition, there was construction going on at the hotel that we were not informed of when we booked. As a result, there was so much noise the next day when we were trying to work from our rooms. We have always had a good opinion of Comfort Inn and recommend it to people but this stay changed all that. Can’t believe how much we paid.
