Do not stay at this property. Worst hotel stay in decades!!!
This is the absolute worst hotel I have stayed in for decades. I average 60-70 nights per year in hotels, and this is a horrible hotel. We were in Charleston for our son's wedding. When we checked in, the hotel didn't have any water. we were told it would be on in about 30-45 mins. It did not come back on for 6 hours!! We were hot and sweaty from our trip down and needed showers before going to the rehearsal dinner. We had to use bottled water to bathe and wash our hair so we could go to a very formal event. Also, our toilet would not flush the entire stay. Hotel staff didn't not repair. Our son's room next door to us had water leaking through their ceiling for over 36 hours. Hotel staff did nothing except put towels under it. This hotel is a disaster and very unsanitary.

Location, location
The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to just about everything we did. However I would say the hotel needs a little TLC as far as updates.
