The hotel is pretty new and it already looks beat down. There was no fan in the restroom, the TV was unplugged because it didn't work.

All staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and new.
Had problems with the TV and Air Conditioning and they were fixed the next day when maintenance man was there. Although that was a problem that night as it was very warm and also the noise from the road was noisy since air conditioning was on. So I feel a maintenance person should be available at night.
