Not staying there again.

The room smelled terrible. Everything was closed. The floor was wet. The elevators were broken.

Not what it used to be.

I was assigned a room that was already booked. I walked in on people sleeping. The second room I was assigned, the door wouldn’t open. It wasn’t even the right room. We requested 2 beds and it was a king room. Also, the floor was soaked with who knows what in some spots! I got an email address and was told to email management to discuss the issues and request compensation. No one has compensated me or communicated back with me about this issue yet. It’s been 8 hours since check out.
