Unhappy customer

I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. The entire hotel was under construction and we were not told. We drove around and couldn’t find it and then realized it was a Spark hotel. Everything was dirty and tools and equipment left out…guests could have gotten hurt. I took pictures.

Lack of communication by choice

No property signage with the name. We drove around looking for it. Also, it was a poor breakfast compared to other Country Inns. Although, maybe it’s Hiltons fault.
