Staff was very pleasant just a lot of construction going on big machine in hotel lobby. Although, there were signs that said pardon our appearance just thought that huge machine was an eye sore. Other than that the room we had was a newer renovated room with a lot of space and the beds were very comfortable.

Understandably the hotel was under construction but there were several things that were problematic. The coffee maker in our room, when opening the lid to add water, there was water previously in there with green mold covering the surface. Pictures can be provided if needed. Our air conditioner did not lower the temperature of the room making for a very disrupted night of sleep. I’m in medically induced menopause secondary to chemo therapy and I was unable to appropriately cool my body because the air conditioner was not working. Also with the hotel being under construction, there were no hallways or stair cases blocked off. Since the wait for the elevators was long, we opted to take the stairs which led us in a wing of our floor with open doors of unfinished rooms and construction. There was construction material all over the place. This is potentially dangerous for a number of reasons. There isn’t much security in the hotel at night so what’s preventing outsiders or unruly guests from using these empty, open areas for vacancy or other activity? There is no way that we should have ended up in a wing of open doors and empty rooms with construction material and equipment all over. It felt as if we were offered a room on a floor that was not ready or safe to be vacated yet. Overall, very disappointing experience and we didnt have enough time this morning to speak to a manager. Front desk staff and representative I booked with (Juan) were all wonderful.

Easy check-in and checkout. Forgot a couple of things and front desk was able to provide them.
