Front desk crew upon arrival and when departing were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the property and room seemed run down, and not very clean. The air conditioner was also leaking. The redeeming quality was the staff. Everyone was ready to help and easy to talk with. They were professional while being friendly.

The room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned well in the bathroom where we saw red toothpaste on the counter and dirt all over the tray with the ice. The jacuzzi tub was nice but it wasn’t the cleanest so thank god it smelled like bleach. I checked in at 8 pm.. I was loading my car at 11. I had just entered my room to take a Quick Look around and my friend who wasn’t a guest was picking me up. It was 11:10 and the manager came to our room to kick us out because someone needed to check in assp. That was odd and I wasn’t late. I had been packing up the car for 30 minutes without any staff saying anything. The manager seemed to be okay with the 15-30 min delay and left. Then I see my card was charged for the night overpriced. And a second 100 charge. With NO explanation. That room was left completely empty as we didn’t even bring much just stopped to crash. I don’t like not being informed about charges ahead of time and do not agree with this at all
