Very unorganized staff

Seems very unorganized. When checking out this morning, they couldn’t find my reservation. Used points/payment for stay and was told no payment necessary. Asked for statement and was told since using points none could be given.

Nice, clean hotel and room & bed were very comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Nice variety of hot breakfast food. We will come back another time.

Bed was very uncomfortable and we had to go to the front desk to get sheets for the pull out couch bed
