Very dirty and need to contact front desk because our comforter was SO dirty with stains!! Horrible experience!

Although the room and bathroom was clean, we needed to use the pull out couch. The concierge on at the time provided us with sheets and a blanket, but Indicated there were no pillows for use on the bed. I asked him what the person was to do that was sleeping on the pullout, and they Indicated there were 4 pillows on the main bed to use. We had 3 adults sleeping the room. The 4 pillows were in use. They Indicated they had given the pillows out and didnt have any for us. That was the end of the conversation.w Breakfast the following morning was OK, but the hard boiled eggs were awful...they were hard. Nilesh was very kind and helpful when I was booking the room, and the hotel was clean, but not having pillows for all guests was not appropriate. The pillows were not even normal size where one could fold it in half so the other person could use a pillow. This was disappointing.

Clean, quiet, close to stores.
