Clean and convenient hotel, but bare bones
Clean but bare bones. The "handicap" room had a high tub but at least had a grab bar. The pool (inside) was cold. The phone did not work.
However, the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Horrible owner and hotel
Lights in room non-functional, wifi spotty, TV reception spotty, pool closed, hot tub broken, owner overcharged me then threatened to call the police when I pointed out his error stating I was trying to rob him

Goes the extra mile to help
Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. The lobby was spotless. The room was very clean. We left behind a personal pillow on accident. When we called, they were able to find it for us and will mail it back. Really appreciate the extra effort they went through. We have stayed here several years attending a nearby conference and will always recommend this location. And will continue to return.
