It's a bit dated. So it might not be liked by some people. Overall it's location is convenient and clean which is very important. No mildew smell.

This hotel was sufficient to my purposes, which simply was a clean, comfortable place to stay, at a non-jarring price-point for the area and time of year, with some nice amenities (such as in-room microwave and refrigerator, as well as coffee available at the front desk). There were no particular 'surprises,' whether good or bad; the hotel, including amenities, was/were, similar to expectation, based on Web site description.
