The AC unit was so loud I could hardly sleep. The smoke detector battery was bad and it beeped all night. I reported that but I was told there was no maintanance person available. The room smelled a little stale and bad. There was no coffee or breakfast in the morning. It was a bad choice to stay there. I didn't read the reviews before I arrived but read some of them later. Lesson learned - I never would have made that reservation.

-Swimming pool didn’t have any water and website says open during summer months. -Stains on carpet in the room. -Carpet was filthy; my grandchild’s feet were disgusting after walking around on the carpet. -Freezer had no door & has so much ice buildup you could barely fit anything in it. -There was puke or blood on toilet at back of seat that I had to clean in order to use the toilet 🤮 & on the floor beside it. -The tub was peeling & rusted. Could not bathe my grandchild in that. The shower rod is badly rusted. -There was a cheese puff or something on the floor up against the bed. -Children riding scooters on the walkway. -Hair on the wall next to toilet paper. I did not stay the night. There were doors opening and slamming.

The TV did not work and the shower head was broken. Also, the ceiling light switch was broken.
