REFUND PLEASE
First we arrived there after having booked the hotel for a King bedroom several days earlier. We were provided the wrong room with 2 Queen beds. The beds were disgusting. Once given a king bedroom, there was blood on the side of the bed. Then we were moved to another room where there was stains on the bed there as well. We asked for fresh bedding and were given bedding with an even larger old blood stain on it. I called the receptionist to the room again to show her the bedding. She proceeded to explain that she was not trained in housekeeping. The shower had mold. Needless to say the experience was very unpleasant and we will NOT be returning.
