My stay

Rented a room with one king bed off of the quality inn website. When we arrived they gave us a room with two double beds. When we asked we were told there were rooms with king beds on hold but not paid for. The receptionist talked to the manager which said we couldn’t get the room we ordered but we would get a $20 discount. My card was charged in full, not even given a receipt.
