I run group homes in the area and had an issue where I needed to relocate a few ladies from one of my homes. When calling the reservation line I specifically asked if the hotel has adjoining rooms. I was ensured, yes they are adjoining with a door leading from one room directly into the other room. The ladies require assistance in the community for safety as they are very trusting of others. When the ladies arrived to the hotel, they quickly discovered that not only were the rooms NOT adjoining the 2 rooms were on different floors! Extremely frustrating seeing how I was insistent in making sure the rooms were adjoining and given false information. The front desk could not cancel the reservation since we were beyond the cancellation time. Tthere are NO adjoining rooms in this hotel! I felt extremely mislead and trapped. Will not be returning

The staff was excellent and the manager went well beyond to get our room ready for our 60th anniversary stay. Their restaurant recommendation for anniversary dinner was excellent. Only problem was beyond their control since the highway exit was closed.
