I had booked for room 210 a sweet when I got there the room smells like human urine very bad , they switched me to room 208 the room did not smell but my little dog coughed fleas and a rash from it I had to go get fleas medicine for my baby dog I did report it to the lady in the front desk, I was told they were going to speak to the manager because I ask for a refund back because I paid for a sweet room and they never refund me anything

I booked 1 Double bed mobility Accessible since my sister needed a couch when we got there they said that was a king bed mobility accessible. Had to wait to move to that king room as that is what picture shows on your website as a double bed? Also all the doors to the hallway to rooms are very heavy and have no handicap accessible entrance how can the room be called mobility accessible if someone has to hold the doors open to the hallway to get to your room? I had trouble opening them with suitcases etc.

Unfortunately we left our stay early. I know compensation is unlikely but I will respectfully request it anyway. We were excited to find this hotel initially. We were staying in Philly for 4 nights, for our daughter's first concert as part of her 16th birthday, and to spend time with a seriously ill family member. It had ample space, full-size refrigerator and a stovetop so we could cook and not eat out multiple meals a day.We ignored the little things; the toilet seat was wobbly and detached on one side, the shower door wouldn't stay closed you had to hold it closed, the stove would turn off throughout cooking, after I finally figured out the breaker buttons to push. The mice my wife and son experienced on Saturday night while my daughter and I were on the way back from the concert sealed it. My children psychologically could not sleep in the hotel after that, so we left around midnight and searched for another place to stay, finally getting some much needed sleep at 3am. Despite these issues , I DO want to compliment the staff. The staff was great. Everyone was friendly. John did his very best to try to accommodate us with a different room and ease my family. Manuel was so kind and friendly every morning at breakfast. I do not think we'll be back however.
