We have booked this in the past a few times. It just gets worse. It's super run down. The receptionist offered to upgrade us saying they were overbooked. Our rooms locks didn't work properly. The door did shut. We put a coffee table in front of it to hear if anyone tried to come in. The bedroom door to our king suite shut but didn't lock. The air conditioning was broken and it was either off or you froze. The TV by couch turned on but no stations worked. I was trying to figure out how this was an upgrade! This room was on 2nd floor king suite. We were just exhausted from working and had to drive longer the next day and didn't complain. We could have but I was exhausted. But we won't be booking there anymore.

Front desk was super kind and helpful! Rooms were clean and nice. Would stay again!

Skin bitten by something on pillows bed etc,I had do not disturb sign on door she came in room for no reason around 6sh I guess to steal overall room was clean Hotel was clean .
