Room was dirty, window in our room was cracked. Breakfast ran out of food around 9am and they did not restock the food. Plates at breakfast were cheap styrofoam and pieces of plate would mix with food when anything was cut on plate. Bathroom door looks like it was replaced and was very difficult to close. Main door to our room did not close/latch automatically. We visit the area 6-8 times a year and have stayed at this hotel in the past but it seems to have gone downhill and we will not stay at this hotel again

Hershey's hidden gem. If you don't mind being a hop, skip and a jump and save yourself some money on lodging then this is your place. The reviews online are justified. And there's a shopping center with in a stone's throw to boot..
