The manager was very personable and professional, however, that hotel was dirty and not well maintained at all. We arrived and found only one roll of toilet paper in our room which was 90% used and not even enough to even last the first few hours of our stay. There were many stains on the room and hall carpet, and the elevator floor was sticky and dirty most of our stay. Even the air seemed dirty - just a pervasive and vague musty, unpleasant odor. We tried to hang a towel on the bathroom hook and the hook fell off the wall at first touch. The metal soap and shampoo holders in the shower were rusty, the tub was dingy/not clean, and there was heavy mildew stains where the tub and wall meet. There was a metal plate on the bathroom wall near the light switch and many other cosmetic issues with caulk and paint throughout the king suite - various damage and wall stains. Overall, that hotel was dumpy and is in desperate need of more thorough cleaning and much better maintenance. If our circumstances had allowed, we probably would have tried to cancel and find a more suitable hotel for our stay in Harrisburg.

Room was not as clean as it should be. Price was higher than a lot of others in area. Continental breakfast coffee was not hot, yogurt was frozen. Would not stay again.
