The room wasn't vacuumed. There were long black hairs in both beds. We couldn't get the tv to work.

Wonderful people works there, always smiling and having us comfortable every time.

The hotel room was dirty. There was a stain on the floor and on the bedding. As soon as we arrived we asked the manager for a new set of bedding. He told me the housekeeping staff went home for the day. He did nothing to accommodate and so we asked him to make sure housekeeping changed them first thing in the morning. They never did. I went down again to tell him nothing was changed. He said he’d make a note and then told me to also fill out the door hanger. Filled out the form, hung it on the door and still, no cleaning of the room. We had to ask him for toilet paper and to empty our garbage, which he finally came and did himself. Absolutely ridiculous. Every time we came into the hotel, the manager was on his phone on speakerphone or never behind the desk. I would not stay here again.
