Very nice & clean hotel. Employee were very nice & helpful.

I reserved and paid for 3 rooms—two on the 5th floor and one on the 4th—for a wedding weekend, and I was extremely disappointed. All three rooms were dirty, had a musty smell, and the carpets desperately needed cleaning. Room 516 had a filthy ironing board cover, curtains that wouldn’t close, and every room triggered my allergies—I had to take Benadryl and use my inhaler. There was no A/C in the lobby, and the night shift staff was mopping with a sour-smelling mop. To top it off, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, police were called on kids on the third floor, and the night crew was rude and unprofessional. As a Choice Hotels rewards member, I expected much better. This place felt like it could have been a good hotel a in the past maybe, however—it now desperately needs a deep cleaning, checked for mold, and serious updating.

It was dirty. There was a sandwich on the floor. Dirt on the hair dryer.
