location is sketchy, we had a homeless person follow us in, then run throughout the hotel. staff were overwhelmed & shooken up calling the police to get him. didn't feel safe

The window screens on several of the rooms are ripped including the room I stayed. Main areas are a little run down as well.

I do not recommend this hotel.
My room key never worked until I tried it at least four times. I don’t like being locked out of the hotel and my room. The room key was needed to enter the building, even at the main entrance. This is WRONG. The front desk should ALWAWS be staffed. I should not be locked out because of a faulty key. When I finally tried to get a new key, I had to beg someone to come to the front desk.
I never received a receipt for my stay despite the fact that the text message promised one.
