Parking tickets not working and having to back out to go back down to the lobby; breakfast buffet is awful - sausages every day, hash browns that tasted like they’d been reheated several times; one toaster, people literally stealing my waffles because the line is ridiculous, front desk staff were great when we checked in but we didn’t feel as though the majority of your staff were particularly friendly.

Pool was cold so we didn’t use it. Hot tub was inoperable. Worst part was how far we had to walk from parking area to get back to hotel. I prefer to go to the gym for exercise. Didn’t expect to have a workout to get to my hotel room.

Nice stay. Friendly staff. Room clean. Bed very comfortable and great shower pressure. Breakfast ok but not enough staff to handle volume.
