The staff were great, very friendly and polite. However, our room was very dirty. The carpets were very heavily soiled and stained. As was the chair. There was a bug squished on the wall in the bathroom as well as mould around the base of the shower. The door for the room still had someone’s lipstick and makeup from someone looking out the peep hole. Gross. We will not be back

You didn't seem to mind me paying you up front several months ago for my stay. When I arrived very tired from the trip at 11pm I'm told you need a se urity deposit to be charged to my account. I've been utilizing Choice Hotel for the better part of 15 years and have never had a hotel try to swindle an extra $100 out of me. This morning I asked the desktop clerk if she would please inspect our room for any damages or issues and she said it's not nessary. She said my security deposit would be credited to my card it would take 5 to 8 days for the credit to come thru. I said that's pretty amazing. It sure as he'll didn't take 5 to 8 days for you to charge my card. Why would it take that long to credit it.

Old rooms. Smells bad
