Improve the layout of the eating/food area...
great place... newer, clean, great staff. 1 elevator was not working so that was inconvenient. I suggest re-designing the layout of your breakfast area (the table layouts) and also the layout of the coffee & food in the room. The coffee may be better located outside the room so that is very easy for everyone to get coffee (& refills) without having to wait in line or disrupt the line. The big square tables in the middle of the room makes it unnecessarily difficult for people to get by to other tables. Nice to have big tables especially for kids... but not if they make it more difficult for people to get to & from the food area. My thoughts... all the best!

The front desk lady was inappropriate to our children and did not consent parents before escorting a bunch of teenage boys into the elevator down to the lobby to lecture them without parents present

Staff was outstanding! Families had a place to hangout and chat without any issues from the staff. Everyone was so friendly and would 100% come back to this hotel!
